The Cedar Mill Community Library, located on Cornell Road, serves as the main library for the Cedar Mill and Bethany communities. As a prominent member of the Washington County Cooperative Library Services (WCCLS), it provides access to a vast, county-wide collection and hosts a wide array of programs for all ages.
