Property listings are provided via the RMLS (Regional Multiple Listing Service). While we strive for accuracy, listing data is provided "as is." We do not guarantee the accuracy of property details, availability, or pricing.

3. User Accounts

Creating a free account allows you to save searches and receive automated alerts. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Consent to Contact & SMS Terms

By providing your contact information, you agree that Rochi Real Estate LLC (operating as Live In Bethany), as well as its authorized representatives and service providers, may contact you via email or phone regarding your property search.

• SMS Opt-In: If you explicitly opted-in via our signup form, you agree to receive recurring text messages for property alerts and service updates. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
• Opt-Out: You may cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the short code or long code number. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.
• Help: For help, text "HELP" to our messaging number or contact us at rochi@rochirealestate.com.
• Frequency & Fees: Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to "scrape" data from this website or use automated systems to extract listing information for commercial purposes.

6. Limitation of Liability

Rochi Real Estate LLC shall not be liable for any damages arising out of your use of this website or reliance on the property data provided herein.
